Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
• Collect blood samples via phlebotomy with care and precision
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Document and report test results while collaborating with the healthcare team
• Follow strict safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Current, active Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in Montana
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Proven phlebotomy experience
• Certification from ASCP, AMT, NCA, or HEW preferred
• Proficiency with Point Click EMR

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of medical laboratory science and testing procedures
• Excellent phlebotomy techniques and patient interaction skills
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (e.g., Point Click)
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
