Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized perioperative care to patients in the Main Operating Room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and equipment
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgery
• Provide trauma, neuro, and orthopedic surgical support with expertise

Qualifications

• Current Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proven experience in Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho surgical specialties
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in on-call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of perioperative nursing standards
• Skilled in surgical instrumentation and sterilized field management
• Knowledgeable about patient safety protocols
• Comfortable with high-acuity cases and emergency procedures
• Effective communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams
