Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents with compassion and professionalism
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Document care provided in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Previous LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and dosage calculation
- Understanding of resident care plans and activities of daily living
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
