Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring for effectiveness
- Perform thorough clinical assessments and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- BLS certification required
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- Valid government-issued photo ID for registry compliance
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
- Quick adaptability to new facilities and protocols
- Accurate documentation and EHR proficiency
