Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
