Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by providers
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the care team
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
