Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including thorough cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and personalized care plans to promote long-term wellness
• Capture and interpret dental radiographs to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and comfortable patient experience
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or ability to obtain before start)
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene school
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for patient education
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and hit the ground running

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Solid understanding of dental anatomy, periodontology, and infection control
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
