Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and attentive nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible per-diem schedule
• Must provide a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
