Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to keep patient smiles healthy
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Provide a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in chairside assisting and patient care is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and radiography
• Strong knowledge of oral health and disease prevention
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
