Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding dental hygiene care, including routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Partner with our dental team to create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain strict infection control and safety protocols
• Accurately document patient care and treatment records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in dental hygiene, preferably in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Excellent communication skills and a caring chairside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and radiograph equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks efficiently
