Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures, creating a smooth and comfortable patient experience.
• Prepare patients for treatment, including seating and taking diagnostic records such as X-rays and impressions.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments following strict infection control standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions.
• Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date using Denticon software.
• Support the team by managing inventory and organizing orthodontic supplies.

Qualifications

• Must be Orthodontic Certified.
• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience, preferably in orthodontics.
• Proficiency with Denticon software is a plus.
• A genuine passion for patient care and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic understanding of dental terminology
• Time management and organizational skills
