Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents in a skilled nursing and rehab center
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and behavioral changes, reporting concerns to nursing staff
- Support residents with meals, personal hygiene, and incontinence care while preserving dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment and follow infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to promote quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- Must bring a state or federal issued photo ID and wear a facility badge at all times
- Completed COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and vital sign monitoring
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and assist patients
