Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis treatments for patients of all ages
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and assess gum health

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
• Experience in a dental office setting (new graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Excellent bedside manner and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
