Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch dental cleanings and preventive care to patients of all ages
- Perform thorough oral health assessments and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene routines and treatment plans
- Administer fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments to promote healthy smiles
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a comfortable, safe, and efficient patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (or compact eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR/BLS certification to ensure patient safety
- Strong communication skills to connect with patients and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and modern dental equipment
- Solid understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
- Experience with dental software and digital charting
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
- A patient-first mindset with a gentle, caring approach
