Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch dental cleanings and preventive care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough oral health assessments and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene routines and treatment plans
• Administer fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments to promote healthy smiles
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a comfortable, safe, and efficient patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (or compact eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification to ensure patient safety
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients and team members
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and modern dental equipment
• Solid understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Experience with dental software and digital charting
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
• A patient-first mindset with a gentle, caring approach
