Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding preventive dental hygiene care and cleanings to every patient
• Build trusting relationships with patients while educating them on oral hygiene best practices
• Partner with a dedicated dental assistant to focus on clinical care and efficiency
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment
• Work closely with the dental team to create a positive, comfortable experience for all patients
• Adapt to a steady, streamlined schedule with 30-minute patient appointment slots

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Prior experience in dental hygiene is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently with an assistant and manage patient flow

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Strong ability to educate patients on oral health
• Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using dental practice management software
