Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform dental cleanings, take X-rays, and apply preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and treatment plans
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical dental hygiene skills including scaling, root planing, and polishing
• Knowledge of dental software for patient records
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Strong patient education and chairside manner
