Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch dental hygiene care to patients, ensuring comfort and trust
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care
• Perform thorough cleanings and exams, identifying potential issues early
• Take and analyze dental x-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Document patient histories and treatment plans with accuracy
• Partner with the dental team to create a welcoming, efficient office environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or compact eligibility)
• Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills in adult and pediatric dentistry
• Excellent communication and patient rapport-building skills
• Experience with dental software and digital charting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control
• Skill in dental radiography and safety protocols
• Knowledge of oral pathology and patient assessment
• Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
