Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver expert nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Perform circulating and scrubbing duties in a fast-paced Cath Lab with 11 labs and 40-50 cases daily
• Monitor hemodynamics and patient status in Mac Lab during interventional, structural, and EP cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level I Trauma center to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in call rotation to provide emergency coverage for life-saving cardiac procedures

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state with ability to submit (License to Submit: Yes)
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required; 3+ years strongly preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• BSN not required; all experienced RNs encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in EPIC charting system
• Skilled in circulating, scrubbing, and Mac Lab monitoring
• Strong understanding of interventional, structural, and electrophysiology procedures
• Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment
