Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and scale and polish procedures
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Document patient dental history and treatment plans accurately
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure a smooth workflow
• Maintain a sterile and organized workspace following infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or compact/reciprocity)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with dental software and digital x-ray systems is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Skilled in patient assessment, oral health screening, and preventive care
• Proficient in using dental instruments and equipment safely
• Excellent infection control and sterilization techniques
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
