Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with patient preparation and instrument setup
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Document patient records accurately and efficiently
• Handle sterilization of instruments following strict protocols
• Provide friendly patient education on oral hygiene

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dental Assistant certification or completion of an accredited program
• Previous dental office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and charting systems
• Understanding of infection control standards
• Basic radiography skills
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination
