Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and bedside support
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 0 years of experience – new graduates welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
