Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare instruments and materials
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Maintain patient records and charting
• Ensure sterilization of equipment and adherence to infection control protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental Assistant certification preferred
• Experience in pediatric dentistry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and comfort
• Dental instruments handling
• Radiography and X-ray processing
• Sterilization protocols and infection control
• Electronic health records (EHR) usage
