Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical emergency care to patients in a fast‑paced ER
• Perform rapid assessments and interventions for trauma and acute conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Precept and mentor new staff as needed
• Manage IV medications, advanced cardiac life support, and trauma protocols
• Document patient care accurately in EMR
• Assist with triage and fast‑track processes

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑volume emergency department
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
• Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam (83%) before signing contract
• Experience with trauma, stroke, and rapid transfusion protocols
• Proficiency in PulseCheck or Picis EMR
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
