Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical cardiac ICU care to patients with fresh open hearts and mixed ICU conditions
• Administer medications and treatments in a timely, evidence‑based manner
• Monitor telemetry and respond to dysrhythmias promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Participate in daily huddles and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU experience
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with fresh open hearts and mixed ICU patients
• Willingness to complete a proctored Dysrhythmia Test on day one
• BSN not required but preferred
