Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care and support daily nursing activities
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist with patient assessments and vital sign documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to respond to shift requests
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment techniques
• Medication administration protocols
• Infection control practices
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
• Basic life support (BLS) knowledge
