Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical emergency care to a high‑volume ER
• Perform rapid assessments and interventions for trauma and cardiac patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient flow
• Precept and mentor new staff as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in PulseCheck/Picis
• Assist in rapid transfusions, intubations, and advanced airway management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a busy ER or trauma setting
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
• Pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam (83%) before contract
• BSN not required but preferred
• Experience with Level III Trauma and Primary Stroke Center
