Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to well‑babies and postpartum mothers
• Assist with labor and delivery, collaborating with OB physicians and CNM
• Manage charting in Paragon and maintain accurate documentation
• Support newborns and mothers during the critical postpartum period
• Ensure a safe and efficient L&D unit environment

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• BLS and NRP certification required
• BSN not required
• Willingness to work nights and handle 45-65 births per month
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
