Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Assist with daily living activities
• Document patient progress and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license required
• State or federal ID and photo badge required
• Any experience level welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
