Location: Austin, Texas
Start Date: 08-13-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; rotating weekends; no on-call required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans and diagnostic imaging procedures
- Operate GE imaging equipment with precision and confidence
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure safety during exams
- Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver accurate results
- Manage a fast-paced, high-acuity caseload including trauma and stroke patients
- Maintain compliance with ARRT, TMB, and facility standards
Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
- Valid TMB license in Texas
- CT certification (CT) required
- Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of CT/radiology experience
- GE equipment experience required
- Experience with trauma and stroke patients preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of computed tomography and imaging protocols
- Experience operating GE CT systems
- Excellent patient positioning and scanning skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Solid understanding of anatomy and pathology
- Calm, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
