Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Sterilize instruments and ensure all equipment is ready for use
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with positioning
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies with precision
• Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures

Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete required health and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques
• Understanding of operating room protocols
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation
