Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Take vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and hygienic environment
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene practices
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and move residents
