Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support daily living activities and encourage resident independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to patient-centered care
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• CPR/BLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility
• Attention to detail in documenting observations and care
