Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Support daily living activities and encourage resident independence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to patient-centered care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of basic patient care principles
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility
- Attention to detail in documenting observations and care
