Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms and diagnostic cardiac ultrasound exams
• Operate Philips or GE imaging equipment to capture detailed heart images
• Collaborate with cardiologists to assist in accurate diagnoses
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process with care
• Document patient data accurately in EPIC EMR
• Travel between assigned sites (Watertown and Brittonfield office) as needed

Qualifications

• Active RCS (CCI) or RDCS (ARDMS) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Hands-on experience with Philips or GE ultrasound systems
• Prior echocardiography experience in a cardiology setting is a plus
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy and echocardiography techniques
• Ability to produce accurate and clear ultrasound images
• Compassionate patient communication and bedside manner
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills
• Comfortable traveling between clinical sites
