Registered Nurse – UHC Staffing

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Night (Part-time nights; every other weekend availability)

Hours per Week: 16

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift
Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor clinical status throughout your shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and document responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teammates to ensure continuity of care
Accurately document care in patient records and communicate clear handoffs
Float to other areas as needed to support unit staffing and patient needs
Support a culture of safety by following facility policies and reporting concerns

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license for Pennsylvania preferred (PA-only role)
Willingness to work night shifts and provide every-other-weekend availability
Comfort floating to other clinical areas as staffing needs require
Professional, patient-centered attitude and strong teamwork skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) or equivalent nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize effectively at night
Good communication skills for handoffs and interdisciplinary coordination
Adaptability to float to different units and handle varied patient populations
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
