Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a supportive, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• Educate patients and families on procedures and discharge instructions
• Follow all facility policies and safety standards to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Texas professional license or compact privilege where applicable
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in your specialty
• Current BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications may be required by the facility)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively in a team
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Clinical knowledge of evidence-based practices and protocols
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Time management and adaptability in dynamic healthcare settings
