Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of RNs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Ability to adapt to new environments quickly

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable with electronic health records
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced setting
