Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in your assigned unit
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes in condition promptly
• Document patient information thoroughly in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in your specialty
• Active state license in Florida or compact license where applicable
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Team collaboration and independence
