Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; flexible 5x8 or 4x10 schedules, one Saturday per month with a flex day off during the week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services across inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on one-on-one patient care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM
• Document patient progress accurately using Meditech and Nethealth systems
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
• Maintain flexibility throughout the day to adapt to changing patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Basic physical therapy skills as an independent clinician
• Inpatient rehab and acute care experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and be flexible throughout the day
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
• Familiarity with Meditech and Nethealth documentation systems
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation and acute care preferred
• Knowledge of equipment including Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, and IASTM
• Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
