Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
• Assess functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help patients improve their independence and quality of life through therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Compliance with California OT regulatory requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Education

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical expertise in occupational therapy evaluation and treatment
• Patient-centered care and treatment planning
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work across various healthcare settings
