Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and older adult populations on a 32‑bed unit
• Administer acute medications including Heparin drips as ordered
• Monitor and assess trauma patients with a 1:5 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate skilled nursing and rehabilitation services
• Employ specialty equipment such as gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment
• Support telehealth initiatives and ensure seamless virtual patient interactions

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Active RN license in Georgia
• Experience in acute care, trauma, and geriatric nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Demonstrated telehealth experience
• NICHE training preferred
