Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (night) + 3 weekend shifts per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to Level II NICU patients
• Administer medications and support CPAP/High Flow therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize neonatal outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately in Cerner
• Assist with neonatal PICC placements and IV management
• Float to sister hospital Chandler Regional NICU as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years NICU experience, Level II required, Level III preferred
• BLS, NRP, and Stable certifications
• Pass a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation
• Self‑scheduling capability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Neonatal resuscitation (NRP)
• BLS and Stable protocols
• Cerner charting
• Neonatal PICC placement
• Monitoring and interpreting neonatal vitals
