Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support
• Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland (preferred)
• Experience in acute or long‑term care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in fast‑paced environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and care planning
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Charting and electronic health record proficiency
• Basic life support and emergency response
• Effective communication with patients and families
• Team collaboration and interdisciplinary coordination
