Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to diverse patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Document patient assessments and progress notes
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Minimum 0 years of nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Critical thinking and clinical decision making
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
