Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Document care and patient responses accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont or New Hampshire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
