Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Document patient status accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support residents with mobility and transportation
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in VT or NH
• Valid state license and certification
• Experience in elderly or long‑term care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule and pick up shifts
