Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care during overnight hours
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid state license
• Ability to work night shifts and overnight hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Willingness to adapt to dynamic shift schedules

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and safety
• Infection control practices
• Charting and electronic health record proficiency
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare team
