Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and provide compassionate care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control protocols
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for all patients

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in VT or NH
• Valid state or federal ID
• COVID‑19 vaccination or documented exemption
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Empathy and dedication to patient care
