Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid New Hampshire license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care
• COVID‑19 vaccination or documented exemption
