Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care during overnight shifts
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life‑saving interventions
• Support patients and families with empathy and clear communication

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid state license
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome)
• Ability to work night shifts and occasional overtime
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and safety protocols
• Infection control and hygiene practices
• Electronic health record documentation
• Effective communication with patients and staff
