Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assess and develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress and adjust therapies, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in WV or eligible for licensure, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently in a travel setting.
